BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OFFICES

  • New patient, established patient and walk-in services are available at this time at all of Monarch’s outpatient behavioral health locations. We continue to schedule telehealth visits whenever possible.
  • All patients, visitors and staff at our clinics are required to wear face masks covering both nose and mouth, observe social distancing and other safety directives, and will be COVID-screened upon arrival.
  • Same-day services are available virtually for individuals without an appointment. These services are provided through our Virtual Open Access and are available by calling (866) 272-7826 or by visiting a clinic which is open to walk-ins.
  • Monarch’s Wake County offices in Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest and Zebulon have limited office hours each week. Fuquay-Varina will open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Wake Forest will be open on Tuesdays. Zebulon will be open on Thursdays. We will continue to provide services via telehealth five days a week.

FACILITY-BASED CRISIS SERVICES

  • Visitation is only permitted at Monarch’s Facility-Based Crisis Services locations in Lumberton and Charlotte by appointment. Visitors should call the facility front desk to schedule visitation, which will be coordinated in 30-minute intervals to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Masks are required for all staff, people we support and visitors and COVID-19 screenings will be completed for individuals on site.
  • Effective October 5, 2020, a negative COVID-19 test result will be required prior to admission for any child or adolescent and a flu vaccine is strongly encouraged for all youth prior to admission unless there is a medical contraindication.

GROUP HOMES

  • Visitation is allowed at Monarch group homes. Visitors are required to wear a mask, social distance and participate in a screening prior to entering the home.
  • Families are asked to plan ahead for visitation at the family’s home or for extended vacations so that the team can discuss the current protocols based on vaccination status.

DAY PROGRAMS and PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION (PSR) PROGRAMS

  • Monarch day programs and PSRs are open.
  • Visitors are allowed but must wear a mask, adhere to social distancing rules and participate in a screening prior to entry into the building.
  • Staff and people we support must also follow mask, social distancing and screening guidelines as well
