MD LIVE, a telehealth benefit that provides virtual care anywhere and is available to Monarch employees and dependents who enroll in the fulltime or part-time Monarch Health Plans. MD LIVE offers access to board-certified doctors day or night from the convenience of your home, office or on the go with zero co-pay.

Catastrophic Sick Day Pay
- Catastrophic sick available after 1 year of service, working at least 1250 hours in that year
- Available to staff who work 20 + hours/week
- Both regular and catastrophic leave is accrued based on hours worked with a maximum of 12 weeks/year
