Behavioral Health Outpatient services offered in Chatham County will include the following.
- Open Access Walk-in services available until 3 p.m. each day
- Outpatient Therapy, Psychiatric Services and Medication Management
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Walk ins are accepted until 3 p.m. each day and the office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. daily.
Mobile Crisis Management Services
Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Management provides integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities for children, teens and adults who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Mobile Crisis Management services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year.
Mobile crisis responders provide an immediate evaluation, triage and access to mental health care resources for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness or substance use disorders. Our goal is to promote symptom reduction, harm reduction, and to safely transition persons in acute crisis to appropriate crisis stabilization and detoxification supports/services. The Mobile Crisis Management response team consists of Qualified Professionals including Licensed Clinicians and a Licensed Psychiatrist who is always on call. Monarch strives to respond to each crisis call as rapidly as possible.

Mobile Outreach Response Engagement Stabilization (MORES) Program
Within 48 hours of receiving a crisis service, young peoples ages 3 to 20 in Chatham County who are experiencing escalating emotional and/or behavioral needs are eligible for the MORES program. It provides up to four weeks of follow-up services by a team comprised of a licensed clinician, a team lead, a family support partner, and access to a child/adolescent psychiatrist as needed. Tailored Care Management Services
Tailored Care Management is a North Carolina Medicaid service. A team led by a Care Manager provides support for people living with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injuries.
