Monarch’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program in Winston-Salem, which provides daily support to people living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders, has moved to 533 N. Spring Street.

Join us for a special Open House on Tuesday, February 5, 2025. This drop-in event will feature tours of the new location, hosted by program participants, as well as information about the program services available.
