Doctors and Providers

Monarch is a growing statewide nonprofit and we are hiring board certified Psychiatrists and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) in many of our locations across North Carolina.As an innovative, person-centered organization we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care to those we support through comprehensive clinical assessments, counseling/therapy and medication management for people with depression, anxiety, anger issues, substance use disorders and other mental illnesses.

At Monarch, we support people with varying degrees of mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Often people tell us we have succeeded where others have failed. That’s because our dream is to see the people we support achieve their dreams.

For more than a decade, our team of professionals has provided exceptional behavioral health services statewide. Experienced psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and other medical experts and staff in our many mental health offices use evidence-based practices to ensure we provide the best possible and highest quality care to people with mental illness or substance use disorders who are in search of recovery.

Our innovative approach to quality service delivery includes our Open Access Assessment and Referral Services designed to provide same day urgent care for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in various counties across the state. Monarch offices incorporate onsite assessments while others use state of the art virtual telemedicine technology to perform visits and decrease wait times when our smaller offices reach capacity.
