A variety of behavioral health services are offered at Monarch’s Stanly County Behavioral Health Clinic include:

• Crisis Support (children and adults)
• Screening, Assessment and Diagnostic Services (children and adults)
• Person-Centered Treatment Planning (children and adults)
• Outpatient Therapy and Psychiatric Services (children and adults)
• In Home Therapy Services (Ages 3-21)
• Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
• Individual Placement & Supports (IPS Employment Services)
• Family Partners: Advocacy & Support for Children & Caregivers
• Psychiatric Rehabilitation

Whole Health:

• Primary Care Screening & Monitoring of Heath Risks (children and adults)
• Care Management & Coordination (children and adults)
• Targeted Case Management (adult)

Outpatient Substance Use Services, including

• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Peer facilitated learning events and social opportunities, including:

• Whole Health Action Management (WHAM)
• Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
• Wellness Management and Recovery (IMR/WMR)

Tailored Care Management Services

Tailored Care Management is a North Carolina Medicaid service. A team led by a Care Manager provides support for people living with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injuries.  Learn more about Monarch’s Tailored Care Management Services here. Medicaid members can request Monarch as their Tailored Care Management provider by contacting their assigned Tailored Plan directly.

In Stanly County, Tailored Care Management Services are assigned by Partners Health Management.

Peer Support Services

At Monarch, we understand that life poses many challenges, but achieving a successful recovery plan is something no one should have to face alone. Our Peer Support Specialist Services help structure and schedule activities for adults 18 and older with a MH/SA disability. We provide an individualized, recovery-focused service that allows participants the opportunity to learn and manage their own recovery and advocacy process through the help of a peer support specialist who has been through similar circumstances. Supported Employment Services

Description:

Monarch will assist all people with finding jobs, despite any previous inability to secure employment or whether or not you are seeking treatment for a mental health or substance abuse issue. Past or current challenges won’t prevent us from helping you find employment. We will support you in your search of a job because we believe a job can help everything else fall into place.
