Personal Attention

We maximize staff at Monarch homes ensuring that all safety, health and comfort needs are met. We strive to exceed expectations. We pay close attention to the very specific preferences of each resident. “Don’t like broccoli? That’s okay, how about fried okra instead?” Some residents like to be tucked in at night, others prefer their privacy. We respect those differences in people that define who they are. After all, some of us don’t really like broccoli either.
