For people struggling with anxiety, depression or a substance use disorder, and who don’t have easy access to care, our mobile clinic
is now available in Halifax County.

Look for the orange and white van every Monday and alternating Thursdays and Fridays at:
Lincoln Heights Community Center
34 Lincoln Street
Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870
The clinic is on site from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Visit the clinic for:

• Assessments for mental health and substance use disorders
• On-site and virtual treatment with our professional staff, including therapists, nurses, providers and peer support specialists

Accepting Medicare, Medicaid, most insurance plans, and self-pay.
