Monarch’s Open Access provides same-day access to care for new patients, on-site or virtually, who are seeking treatment for mental illness or substance use disorders.

Monarch’s outpatient therapy and related services are often the first step to recovery from mental illness. Monarch’s team of mental health professionals can help.

Tailored Care Management is a NC Medicaid service, available by MCO referral for people with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or I/DD.

Monarch offers day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting people and their individual goals toward independence.
