Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a lifelong developmental disability that affects individuals in various ways, particularly in how they behave, learn, communicate and interact with others. The autism spectrum is very wide, and what it “looks like” is different for everyone who has been diagnosed with it.
Some individuals with autism may only require mild support, such as mental healthcare to address co-occurring conditions like depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or other behavioral health diagnoses. Others may need more moderate assistance, such as participation in a day program or supported employment opportunities to help them succeed in everyday life and the workforce. For individuals requiring high levels of support, long-term, residential care services may be essential to provide the necessary structure and guidance for daily living.
While Monarch does not offer specific therapies such as speech, occupational or ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, we are committed to offering a variety of other essential services to help individuals on the autism spectrum. Our programs are designed to support adults with autism in their unique needs, helping them build life skills, engage in meaningful social connections and participate in the community. We focus on empowering individuals with the resources they need to live independently and confidently, offering personalized support and promoting dignity and inclusion every step of the way.
