Anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness or fear about something that may or may not happen in the future. While it’s completely normal to feel anxious in certain situations, it becomes a problem when anxiety is constant, overwhelming and interferes with daily life.

People with anxiety disorders often experience heightened nervousness or fear, sometimes over things that haven’t happened yet, which can cause them to blow small problems out of proportion. In some cases, anxiety can lead to physical symptoms, such as a racing heart, shortness of breath, shaking, sweating or trouble sleeping. These symptoms can make it difficult for individuals to focus, relax or engage in daily activities. Over time, untreated anxiety can lead to more serious problems, such as avoidance behaviors, where people may isolate themselves from situations or people they fear will trigger their anxiety.

At Monarch, we are dedicated to helping individuals with anxiety access the support and treatment they need. We offer a range of services tailored to help individuals manage their anxiety and work towards emotional well-being. Our programs include therapy and counseling services, as well as strategies for managing anxiety in everyday life. By providing personalized care, Monarch can help you or your loved one develop effective coping mechanisms, regain control and lead a more balanced life.
