Monarch’s long-term group homes are for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness or both and are designed to foster independence and encourage personal growth. Monarch’s direct support professionals support these individuals to maximize their potential in all areas of life. Our residents learn to care for their own home and build relationships at home and in the community. Monarch staff help residents find jobs, manage their money, take classes, volunteer, go shopping and pursue other interests.
