Monarch’s outpatient services include a variety of offerings that may help you recover from mental illness or addiction. Therapy with a trusted, licensed therapist is central to that recovery. Services may be provided face-to-face or virtually, depending on the needs of the person seeking care.

Outpatient treatment at Monarch begins with a comprehensive assessment by a licensed mental health professional. Working with you, we develop a well-defined and customized plan for treatment that meets your individual needs and goals.

Eligibility

Outpatient therapy services are available for adults, adolescents and children ages 4 and up who are in need of mental health or substance use disorder treatment.

Common areas of concern include, but aren’t limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders or addiction.

Insurance Information

Monarch accepts the following insurances for outpatient services. While Monarch is a participating provider with these insurers, please be aware that we may not be an in-network provider for all plan types these companies provide. Due to the variety of insurance plan types, it is important that you contact your insurance company for a complete list of in-network providers for your specific insurance plan.
