When it comes to finding support for mental illness, the first step is always the hardest. Monarch’s Open Access provides same-day access to care for new patients who are seeking treatment for mental illness or substance use disorders.
Depending on a patient’s preference, Open Access is available two ways: in-person at one of our outpatient offices or virtually through our telehealth network. A person can walk in or call us for same day support, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Monarch’s Open Access provides a direct path to the mental health services you may need. On the same day you reach out in person or by phone, you will complete new patient registration and a comprehensive clinical assessment with a therapist, if you have time to do so that day. The assessment will provide treatment recommendations and you will leave with an appointment for the next service or a referral to the proper level of care.
While this process takes a few hours and is longer than a traditional appointment, it reduces what could otherwise be weeks or months of waiting for an appointment. We are committed to connecting you to the services you need!
