Day Program Services

Monarch offers day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These programs help adults build skills they can use in the community or at work. We focus on each person’s individual goals to support their journey toward independence.

Monarch’s day programs encourage creativity, community involvement and building relationships. Participants work on daily living skills and learn new things to help them in everyday life. For those interested in working, we help with job development, writing resumes, filling out applications, preparing for interviews, and setting up interviews. After they get a job, we continue to offer coaching and support as needed.

Monarch provides day program services in Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Davie, Forsyth, Hoke, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Moore, Pasquotank, Randolph, Rockingham, Stanly and Stokes counties in North Carolina.
