Eligibility

Mobile crisis management services are available for everyone — children, teens and adults. A person can use these services if they or a family member are experiencing:

  • An urgent crisis, as decided by a specific crisis rating scale.
  • A lack of resources or skills to handle the crisis.
  • Problems with judgment, impulse control, or thinking clearly.
  • Intoxication or withdrawal symptoms and need help with substance use treatment.

Priority is given to those who have had multiple crises in the past or are at high risk for future crises. If someone is already getting extra support services, efforts will be made to contact their provider before mobile crisis management steps in.

Insurance Information

Mobile Crisis Services are provided at no cost, and no one will receive a bill, regardless of insurance.

Lack of insurance does not prevent access to care. Monarch accepts Medicaid, state funding, and commercial insurance (plans and coverages may vary) to support the cost of services and will collect insurance information as available at the time of service.
