In-Home Skill Building Services are funded through (b)(3) Medicaid funding for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Paid staff will help individuals learn or improve personal skills (e.g., shopping, budgeting) that are based on personal wants and needs, such as building relationships, living independently and being a part of the community.
