"You have the chance to spread your wings and not only master a position but the ability to learn the roles and responsibilities of my peers so that our team is efficient. I have the ability to have an impact on the lives of the people we serve as well as my co-workers. I love to help people and am always encouraging someone and, honestly, my co-workers and the people we serve have had a positive impact on me because of their encouragement." #TBT: #COVID19 has limited many of life's celebrations but at our Fort Bragg Drive group home, staff made sure Robin Gregory, Rochelle Henderson and Dywane Poyner received the royal treatment on their special days. Their families joined socially distant, outdoor festivities. Happy belated birthday!
