Weather Update: We have behavioral health locations that will be closed or operate under a delayed opening schedule on Tuesday, January 18 due to inclement weather or staffing conditions.
• Cleveland Behavioral Health Outpatient, 201 West Marion Street, Suite 100, Shelby, will be closed with no medication management services. Scheduled virtual appointments will continue. • Lincoln Behavioral Health Outpatient, 311 E. McBee Street, Lincolnton, will be closed. Both virtual therapy and virtual medication management appointments will be honored. • Wake County Behavioral Health Outpatient clinics in Fuquay-Varina, 130 N. Judd Pkwy. NE; Wake Forest, 350 E. Holding Ave.; and Zebulon, 1002 Dogwood Drive, will remain closed through Friday, January 21. Scheduled virtual appointments will continue.
• Forsyth Behavioral Health Outpatient, 4140 N. Cherry Street NW, Winston-Salem, will open at 10 a.m.. Medication management will be available after opening and scheduled virtual appointments will be held. • Guilford Behavioral Health Outpatient, Signature Place at Friendly Center, 3200 Northline Avenue, Suite 132, Greensboro, will open at 10 a.m. Medication management services will be available after opening. Scheduled virtual appointments will be held. • Mecklenburg Behavioral Health Outpatient, 5700 Executive Center Dr., Suite 110, Charlotte, will open at 11 a.m. Virtual medication management and scheduled virtual visits will be honored. • Gaston Behavioral Health Outpatient, 2505 Court Drive, Gastonia, will open at 1 p.m. Medication management services will be available after opening. Scheduled virtual appointments will be held.
