About the Charlotte Arts Center
The Charlotte Arts Center is a legacy program of UMAR, which joined Monarch in 2023. The creative arts day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities provides program participants with opportunities to develop skills, express themselves through creative activities and form life-long friendships.
