About the Program

Monarch’s psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) programs are designed to support people living with severe and persistent mental illness and/or a substance use disorder as they work to regain skills to navigate daily life and improve their overall quality of life.

The programs promote recovery, self-reliance, and friendship through rehabilitation activities, individual and group support and community engagement, believing that even individuals with most severe psychiatric illness can live in the community independently and be respected as neighbors, coworkers and friends.

The Lee County PSR is one of six PSR programs that Monarch operates.
