A Message from Shanette Ailes

Hello, I’m Shannette Ailes, a PMHNP at Monarch’s Behavioral Health Urgent Care in Raleigh. My passion is providing patient-centered, compassionate care to support individuals experiencing crisis. I strive to provide care that will not only provide solutions to immediate issues but also lay the foundation for ongoing health and wellness. 

I have been providing care to individuals and families in crisis for the past 20 years throughout my career as a Registered Nurse and then as a Nurse Practitioner. I hope to empower individuals to make informed decisions regarding treatment options through education, understanding and support. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking/backpacking, and gardening. I hope to make navigating a mental health crisis easier by providing hope, reassurance and compassion to those experiencing a mental health crisis.
