A Message from Michelle R. Butler

Hello, my name is Michelle R. Butler, FNP-BC, PMHNP-Graduate, MSN-Ed., BSN, RN and I am a family nurse practitioner at Monarch NC. My passion is to be able to provide compassionate and personalized care to all my patients. I believe in listening closely to my patients and making them feel like their voice is important. I believe each patient is unique and it is important to work collaboratively so that we achieve can achieve the best outcomes.

My background as a family nurse practitioner has led me to my current position. I have worked at Easters Seals, on a mobile medical clinic providing medical care and mental health assessments for children and adults, physicals for sports, and my current position for the last 8 years at Monarch as a prescriber. Let me not forget, my wonderful position as a provider at Old Vineyard as a contract provider. My goal is to ensure that you feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout your care.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling, singing in my church choir, acting, playing and listening to music, spending time with my family and friends; all of which helps me to stay balanced and connected. I am looking forward to partnering with you on your health and wellness journey at Monarch.
