A Message from Leslie Richard

Hello, I’m Leslie Richard DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, Lead Advanced Practice Provider at Monarch.

As an army veteran passionate about community mental health, I’ve been dedicated to helping people of all ages live better lives since joining Monarch in 2021.

I especially enjoy working with people on their recovery journey, whether it be from trauma, life circumstance, or substance use disorder.

Outside of work I enjoy reading, watching sports with my family and raising my children. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment where individuals feel empowered to take control of their wellbeing and build a brighter future.
