Leigh Rife
Physician Assistant
Hello, I’m Leigh Riffe, a dedicated physician assistant with nearly two decades of healthcare experience. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health substance abuse and neuropsychiatric conditions, drawing on an extensive background in both specialized psychiatric clinics and the Veteran healthcare system.
I focus on empathetic, collaborative care. My approach is simple: I listen first. I want to understand the full picture of your life and your history so that we can navigate your treatment options together, without the medical jargon. We will build a plan centered on your specific goals, ensuring you feel heard and respected every step of the way.
With 14 years of experience at the Veteran’s Administration and recent work in neuropsychiatry, I am highly comfortable managing complex situations—from PTSD and substance use to intricate neuropsychiatric needs. I believe the best outcomes happen when your care is coordinated, so I prioritize working closely with your therapists and other medical teams to ensure your physical and mental health are supported as one.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing golf, watching sports, and traveling to Crescent Beach, Florida. I live with my husband of 30 years, our son, and our Schnoodle, Schnoopy, named after Snoop Dogg.
