Leigh Anne Mulligan
Vice President of Special Projects, Finance
Leigh Anne Mulligan serves as Vice President of Special Projects in Finance at Monarch, where she leads the implementation of Monarch’s new accounting software, NetSuite, and continues to support key finance functions including grant budgeting, tracking and reporting. She joined Monarch in 2022 as Vice President of Budgeting and Planning.
With over 34 years in accounting and finance, Leigh Anne brings a depth of experience from public accounting and private sector roles in construction, real estate and manufacturing. As an active Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she recently relocated with her husband to Myrtle Beach, SC, from Oakboro, NC.
Married for 32 years, Leigh Anne enjoys family time, travel, board games, Disney World trips and spending time with her three daughters, two sons, six grandchildren and one fur baby.
