John Der Ghazarian

Hello, I’m John Der Ghazarian, a Physician Assistant at Monarch. My passion for medicine and patient care drives me to practice a holistic, evidence-based approach that prioritizes the whole person and emphasizes partnership between my patients and me in the pursuit of mental health. I believe that individualized care not only fosters stronger therapeutic relationships but also leads to more meaningful and lasting outcomes for my patients. I provide comprehensive mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. 

A small bit about myself is that I’m from Michigan and have focused my academics on psychiatry, completing my BS in Psychology prior to PA school. Psychiatry has long been a passion for me, and I am dedicated to using my knowledge in the pursuit of health. I look forward to meeting you, speaking with you, and working with you to achieve the healthiest version of yourself.
