Hello, my name is Grace Thompson-Byrum, and I am a Physician Assistant providing mental health care at Monarch Behavioral Health. I have experience working across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment, and provide care for patients ages 8 and older.


I provide care for a wide range of mental health conditions, with a specialty focus on eating disorders and substance use disorders, supporting patients through all stages of their recovery. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based medicine. I am committed to staying current with the latest research and clinical guidelines so that patients receive care that is both effective and informed by best practices.

Above all, I am deeply committed to my patients and believe in meeting each individual with respect, empathy, and understanding. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and actively involved in their treatment. I place a strong emphasis on patient education, believing that clear, supportive information empowers individuals to make informed decisions and fosters confidence throughout the recovery process.
