Evan Powell

Evan Powell serves as the Vice President of Operations, Enhanced Services at Monarch, a role he stepped into in August 2024 after a decade of dedicated service in various leadership positions within the organization. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, Evan  oversees operations, performance improvement and team management across his assigned areas and service lines.

He holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation from Winston-Salem State University. Known for his commitment to helping others, Evan is a valued member of the Monarch team.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his family and listening to vinyl records.
