Angela Adkins
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs
Angela Adkins, Ph.D., serves as Monarch’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Monarch, where she leads efforts to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory standards, updates policies, and provides training to maintain best practices across all programs. Previously, she served as Vice President of Crisis Services since June 2022, following roles as Clinical Operations Director and Director of Operations for various service lines during a previous seven-year tenure at Monarch. With over 20 years in the field, Angela brings expertise in mental health and crisis services. She holds a Ph.D. in General Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
Outside of work, Angela enjoys reading, traveling, and outdoor activities, especially swimming. She lives in North Carolina with her son and their dog.
