Monarch’s Charlotte Outpatient Behavioral Health Office has moved — and we’re celebrating with an Open House! We’ve relocated to a larger, newly updated space at 3057 Freedom Drive that better supports our commitment to delivering accessible, person-centered behavioral health services across the Charlotte area.
We’re excited to welcome you into our new home! The updated location brings together a variety of Monarch services under one roof — from therapy and medication management to Assertive Community Treatment (ACTT), Community Support Team (CST), Individual Placement and Support (IPS), and Peer Support Services.
