Monarch Graduates 21 in Leadership Class

“We began the Leadership Classes within the agency two years ago and so far 38 employees have received this training and have graduated, and because of our growth and development, over half have been promoted already” says Jim Kelley, Chief Operating Officer and director of the Leadership Class.

The 2008 Leadership Graduates are Kimberly Butler from Anson County, Bethany Hamilton and Janice Hiser from Craven County, Jane Helms, Jennifer Lutz, Keoshia Shankle from Forsyth County, Pauline McGuire from Hoke County, Cathy Herrera, Antwain Hamilton and Al farmer from Montgomery County, Lisa Nichols from Pitt County, Amber Hinshaw from Randolph County, Cathy Swink from Rutherford County, Enia Abney, Diana Crowder, Jennifer Treece, Erica Watkins, and Kelly Hutchinson from Stanly County, Angela Moser from Stokes County, and Tasha Bowman and Latisha Cash from Union County.
