Caroline Fisher, director of quality management (QM) at Monarch, said the daily work of asking, listening, and responding to people led CQL staff to highly compliment Monarch and its employees.

“Receiving a full four-year reaccreditation is an amazing success, and is the direct result of the work that everyone has done since CQL was introduced in 2008,” she said. “The best quote of the review had to be when one of the reviewers looked at me and said, “Here at Monarch, you do not just meet the CQL standards you live them!”” Caroline also extended a huge and heartfelt “thank you” to the QM unit for all of the ‘behind the scenes’ work they did to prepare for the five weeks of review.

“We are very proud to be among the select group of providers internationally that have had every aspect of our operations reviewed by the CQL team to ensure that we continue to provide exceptional supports for people while being a community partner and a very valuable resource for our community and our industry,” Terhune said,
