Beginning January 14, Monarch is temporarily pausing the use of our new Monarch Connect portal while we work through a few technical issues. During this time, we will return to using Doxy for video visits scheduled for Wednesday, January 14 and beyond.
What this means for you:
- You do NOT need to log into the Monarch Connect portal for your appointment.
- Your provider will send you a secure Doxy video link by text or email.
- Simply click the Doxy link at your appointment time to join your visit.
- Your appointment time and provider stay the same.
- If you already received a Monarch Connect portal message, please disregard it for now.

Here’s what you can do with Monarch Connect:
- Manage appointments with ease – Schedule or cancel visits from your phone or computer.
- Stay on track – Get helpful reminders so you never miss an appointment.
- Connect to telehealth – Join video sessions directly in the portal — no extra logins or platforms. (Telehealth visits will move to the new portal on Jan. 5.)
- Handle documents securely – Review, sign and upload forms with confidence.
- Enjoy peace of mind – HIPAA-compliant features keep your personal health information protected.

Ready to sign up?
Current Monarch patients will receive an email and/or text to sign up for Monarch Connect beginning November 24. Once registered, you will be able to access Monarch Connect from a computer or through the Monarch Connect app available from the App Store or Google Play.
