New members bring fresh perspectives, diverse expertise and a shared commitment to advancing Monarch’s mission of supporting and empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders and traumatic brain injuries.

- Alexis Budge, Executive Vice President, Director of Investor Relations, Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC, from Matthews
Alexis joins Monarch at a pivotal time, as the organization continues to expand services and deepen its impact across North Carolina, Rhode Island and beyond.

Monarch serves nearly 27,000 people each year and its Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding strategic direction, ensuring strong governance and championing its vision for providing high-quality, compassionate behavioral healthcare and long-term services.

About Alexis Budge
Alexis is the Executive Vice President, Director of Investor Relations with Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC, overseeing both the Investor Relations and Marketing departments. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to expand and manage its network of accredited investors in Flagship Healthcare Trust and engage with the investment community. Flagship REIT is focused on outpatient healthcare real estate throughout the Southeastern and Southern Mid-Atlantic U.S.
Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company.
Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania before heading to Europe with Boston University’s College of Communication where she earned a master’s degree in corporate public relations.
