Fundraiser Celebrates 15th Year & Plans to Expand

When Sandra Laine received her Project Cupid Valentine gift, she expressed her love for this special tradition, “What’s not to love about my Monarch Valentine? I get some sweet treats from someone who cares. Plus, their donation helps the people at Monarch. It definitely gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling.”

Jackie McGowen, Executive Assistant at Monarch, is excited to see the program expand in the coming years. “Stanly County has had the pleasure of the Project Cupid event for so many years now. So many look forward to their gift and using this opportunity to do something for others. I know that our Monarch communities throughout the state will enjoy Project Cupid as much as we do. We have exciting plans for next year already.”
