Lumberton Facility-Based Crisis Center

Offering non-hospital medical detoxification and in-patient crisis stabilization for mental health and substance use disorders.

Referrals may be made to the facility-based crisis center 24/7, 365 days a year. Walk-ins are always welcome or you may call ahead to speak with a Monarch staff member regarding availability (preferred method).

Mobile Crisis Management Services

Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Management provides integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities for children, teens and adults who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Mobile Crisis Management services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year. 

Mobile crisis responders provide an immediate evaluation, triage and access to mental health care resources for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness or substance use disorders. Our goal is to promote symptom reduction, harm reduction, and to safely transition persons in acute crisis to appropriate crisis stabilization and detoxification supports/services. The Mobile Crisis Management response team consists of Qualified Professionals including Licensed Clinicians and a Licensed Psychiatrist who is always on call. Monarch strives to respond to each crisis call as rapidly as possible.

Tailored Care Management Services

Tailored Care Management is a North Carolina Medicaid service. A team led by a Care Manager provides support for people living with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injuries.  Learn more about Monarch’s Tailored Care Management Services here. Medicaid members can request Monarch as their Tailored Care Management provider by contacting their assigned Tailored Plan directly.

In Robeson County, Tailored Care Management Services are assigned by Eastpointe.

Monarch will assist all people with finding jobs, despite any previous inability to secure employment or whether or not you are seeking treatment for a mental health or substance use disorder. Past or current challenges won’t prevent us from helping you find employment. We will support you in your search of a job because we believe a job can help everything else fall into place.
