A variety of behavioral health services are offered, including:

  • Outpatient Therapy and Psychiatric Services
  • Open Access– no appointment necessary for first visit
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) – The Unity Center – 1100 West First St., Winston-Salem
  • Innovations Community-Based Services
  • Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)
  • Intensive In-Home Services

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) utilizes evidence-based practices to empower individuals with the skills they need to serve as active members of their community. PSR staff work with people in a group setting where positive peer support is part of healing. Group sessions help to increase self confidence, maintain mental stability, develop employment opportunities, and seek increased community interaction.

Monarch will assist all people with finding jobs, despite any previous inability to secure employment or whether or not you are seeking treatment for a mental health or substance abuse issue.
