When a family feels they have come to a point of crisis with a child or young adult ages 3 to 20 experiencing mental health problems, Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) can help. Monarch's IIHS Team can help manage a child’s behavior by assisting and empowering families in developing problem-solving skills and accessing community resources.

Monarch's Facility-Based Crisis Center in Lumberton accepts referrals from all North Carolina counties. The Center supports adults experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis.
