Monarch’s Community Support Team (CST) offers services to help adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. These services are provided by a team of professionals who work together to support individuals in reaching their recovery goals. CST focuses on community-based rehabilitation, helping people in their home, workplace and in the community as they navigate everyday life.

Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Management offers help and support for people of all ages who are experiencing a mental health crisis. We provide care in Chatham, Bladen, Robeson and Scotland counties.

Monarch's Facility-Based Crisis Center in Lumberton accepts referrals from all North Carolina counties. The Center supports adults experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis.
