Long-Term Group Homes - I/DD
Monarch’s long-term group homes are for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness or both and are designed to foster independence and encourage personal growth. Monarch’s direct support professionals support these individuals to maximize their potential in all areas of life.

Monarch’s supervised apartments support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental illness, or both. Supervision includes periodic staff visits, on-call support and minimal guidance with life skills.
