Monarch President Blake Martin has been elected to the NC ONEcare Board of Managers. NC ONEcare is a premier clinically integrated network in North Carolina for patients suffering from primary and secondary behavioral health conditions.

Martin was named Monarch’s President in 2025, where he leads the organization’s strategic planning efforts, builds and maintains relationships with state and national policymakers and oversee operations of key business units.
Prior to his appointment, Martin served as Monarch’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he guided the development and implementation of its five-year strategic plan.
Martin earned a bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University, where he also serves on the University’s Board of Trustees.
