Catastrophic Sick Day Pay

  • Catastrophic sick available after 1 year of service, working at least 1250 hours in that year
  • Available to staff who work 20 + hours/week
  • Both regular and catastrophic leave is accrued based on hours worked with a maximum of 12 days/year
  • May accrue up to a maximum of 60 days
